CARLISLE COLLECTION

Carlisle Collection has been in business since the early 1980’s and was the second direct sales company founded after Don Caster in the 1950’s. Historically the company catered to a more mature customer and wanted to attract a new customer however not alienating the original loyal customer base. I was originally hired at the end of 2019 to be Design Director of CARLISLE Collections woven, but then the pandemic hit at the beginning of 2020. Due to many company furloughs during the pandemic, I was promoted to Creative Director and asked to oversee all the product design and product development departments as well as the marketing creative as well. This included all knits and woven for Carlisle, PerSe, Etcetera, and E3 collections. I also concepted all the photoshoots, chose models and locations, styled the outfits/looks to be shot, chose the photographer, also created the hair & make-up direction for the shoots. I also edited both look book and brochure shots.
